May 19, 2009 As our last bulletin in November of 2008 indicated, we pro-actively diversified ourselves throughout many industries in order to determine if our vast network of candidates from the financial industry (candidates with sound investment banking/hedge fund backgrounds) would transition well into other industries. Our theory has proven true on both the IT and business sides. As far as IT, the systems supported and developed in the financial industries (real-time & multi-threaded trading systems) are the world’s best, and they have provided our technical candidates with exceptional knowledge and skills. The majority of these systems are developed in Java and C++. The Financial Industry also produces outstanding web and application developers, and we have recently seen an increased supply of experienced C# developers. On the business side, many of our investment management clients are still hiring producers. Over the past year we have seen that the industry focus has shifted from hiring all levels of advisors to emphasizing high level advisors dealing with the most valuable clients (high net worth). The typical candidate we search for daily is a CFP with Series 7 and 66, insurance licenses, and 10+ years experience advising high net worth clients. This is a crucial time to receive the best financial advice possible, and this has been a very rewarding space for us to represent ourselves. Placing experienced and knowledgeable advisors has added a lot of value to our clients, and to the investment community. Another one of our focuses worth mentioning is the energy industry which is one that we are very happy to represent. Our clients in the oil industry have been profitable, and we are excited to present them with candidates who can help America more efficiently extract energy from all national and natural resources. Hercules Staffing is thankful for our dedicated clients. -Dorn Stewart
