H. Dorn Stewart III
Dorn Stewart is responsible for account development, relationship management, and recruiting with an emphasis on business and business technology. His knowledge of the staffing industry and his network are instrumental to our business model. He has positioned himself with his clients as a preferred vendor, and he consistently presents them with qualified executives, financial advisors, and IT professionals. Dorn’s past professional experience includes working as an account manager and recruiter for an IT staffing agency. After graduating from the University of Maryland at College Park with a B.S. in Business and Management, he started his career in sales with Energizer Battery.
Andrew F. Scott
Andrew Scott’s focus is on account management, recruiting, and candidate screening. His background in business development and his knowledge of technology have proven to be very beneficial for Hercules Staffing. He is the owner of a New Jersey based technology firm, and he brings a fresh outlook to the industry of recruiting. Andrew has earned an array of technical certifications which aid in our technical screening process. He proficiently “techs out” our IT candidates ensuring that they meet our clients expectations before we present them. Andrew is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
William S. Settle, Jr.
Bill’s responsibilities are enhancing and growing Hercules Staffing’s network of financial industry relationships as they relate to Information Technology, sales/trading and other customer facing roles. He brings to the team a wide range of business experience from both financing and operating companies which add value to our clients. Account development, relationship management and recruiting are areas of primary importance. Bill’s experience includes nine years with Schwab Capital Markets encompassing sales, trading and management positions. Bill graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in English and Economics.
Kyle J. Schneider
Kyle Schneider’s focus is the full life cycle recruitment of IT executives and professionals with our top tier investment banking and financial service clients. He is responsible for the recruitment of IT professionals for asset/investment management, equities, fixed income, and structured products for a wide variety of roles and seniority levels. Application developers, business analysts, project managers, business consultants, and senior executives are some of the typical people he regularity searches to find. Since graduating from St. Andrews College with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration, Kyle’s goal was to land a recruiting position. Hercules Staffing is pleased to have him aboard, and we now know why his passion was so intense because he is a top-notch recruiter.
Peter Ganzenmuller’s focus is on IT recruiting, account management, and technical screening. He has a technical background, and he also consults as a network engineer for our partner AFScott. Peter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Materials Science and Engineering. He has worked in technical, sales, and teaching positions for the majority of his professional career. His ability to solve complex problems and his leadership qualities have made for an easy transition into account management.
Linda Maffei, the Accounting Manager of Hercules Staffing, LLC, has over 25 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Linda received a BS degree in Accounting, cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1986. She began her career as a staff accountant in the auditing department at KPMG Peat Marwick. In 1990, she became the Accounting Manager for The BDS Group, a large real estate development company in Morris County, NJ. Linda has extensive experience in various accounting software packages. She joined Hercules Staffing in 2010, where her responsibilities include managing all bookkeeping and accounting functions. Linda resides in Mendham with her husband and 4 children.
